The following 21 Down Buddy Walk printable forms are available to be used to help promote the walk and collect pledge donations.  Feel free to print them and share with your friends.

Buddy Walk Flyer-This has all of the pertinent walk info (time, place, cost).  Feel free to copy this flyer and hang at your schools, businesses, doctor offices, etc. and help get the word out.

Buddy Walk Pledge Collection Form-

If you choose to collect pledges from sponsors to pay for your participation fee or would like to collect extra donations for 21 Down, use this form.
